Leaving for Mexico in one week!

Im leaving for Mexico in one week with my friends. My excited by really nervous. So I've been eating everything and anything. 

For one week, I've decided to cleanse my body. For three days I'm just going to eat veggies and protein and tons of water and tea. 


Being a mom

Growing up all I ever wanted was to be the type of mom my own mother was to me. I don't know if it was because I was the baby of four so she had a bit of practice by the time she got to me but in my eyes my mom was close to perfect. She was the best wife and mom, I can only remember my mom yelling at me once. I'm lucky if I go a day without yelling at my children. 

My father lives his life the way he wants to, he's his own boss and he won't answer to anyone. It makes me sad for my mom, the woman I love so much and look up to is in a relationship where she has little to no say to how her life should go. It's interesting how observing this has affected me and how I deal with my relationships.

I need some motivation

I have been doing well, just started working at a gym and trying to workout there 3 times a week there and do a video at home when i cant get to the gym but that doesn't always happen. Im trying to eat less junk and more healthy food. 

Most days I just want to eat junk and be lazy especially now the cooler weather is coming, I need motivation to get healthy.

Currently I fluctuate in weight from 141 - 145. Goal - I want to be 135 - 140. I know I need to eliminate all bad food from my life if I want to weigh that but I just love eating bad. 

My plan

Monday - gym 9am
Tuesday - workout at home in the morning. 
Wednesday - gym 9am
Thursday - evening workout after work
Friday - gym 9am
- if I don't make it to the gym, do a workout video

Eating plan
Smoothly for breakfast
Snack on a apple and as many veggies I want
Lunch and dinner consist of real foods
Try not to eat the kids snacks!
